 If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of order for full refund.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
• Bespoke/made to measure or personalised items are NON returned.
• If your item is damaged or incomplete on delivery please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

 •Using a mix of new & reclaimed wood- All our items are unique and individual, the colour, markings and texture of the timber will vary from piece to piece. You’ll find a variety of features; these may be from their previous life or simply the natural grain and pattern in the wood.

•Unless stated you are not receiving a new piece of finished oak or pine furniture. We work with mixed species wood and while it is planned, smoothed and finished as much as we can, this is NOT machined finished piece of wood so it won’t be unformed like laminate.

•Timbers natural shades & stain finishes shown, are indicative and are only as accurate as web displays allow. Each piece used in the manufacture of your item will show different shading, whether stained, oiled or left unfinished.

•Reclaimed wood comes with dents, scratches, minor splits, missing knots, uneven surfaces and signs of old nails or staples, old markings & brandings, with a weathered look. Please bare this in mind when making your purchase

•PERSONALISATION OPTION- using Vinyl transfers, please read description for font options

•All wood species can react to exposure to sunlight, changes in temperature and humidity. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the wood due to environmental factors, once delivery has been made

•Our wood is dried to a humidity of 8-10% moisture which is standard for furniture manufacture. In very dry or warm settings this could decrease, leading to cracks/movement

•We make our furniture & home décor items with wood movement in mind; however we can’t take responsibility should the piece react to the humidity of your own environment. Underfloor heating, radiators and strong sunlight such as in conservatories or exceptionally warm homes can impact on the movement and also shrinkage of the wood.

•It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any item ordered will fit comfortably through the door

•All measurements are within an approximate of around 5-10mm, depending on how much may need to be taken off during the manufacturing process

•‘Off the Shelf’ some items are made by a third party and are not from our own handmade collection
